Delivery Policy

Dictate Safe is delivered electronically. This policy explains how and when you receive your Licence and the App, what your Computer needs, and what to do if something does not arrive. It is part of our Terms of Service. Vibhaga Group, a sole proprietorship of Umesh Yellaboina ("we", "us"), sells the Licence on the dictatesafe.com website ("the Website"). Words with capital letters, such as Licence, Computer and App, mean what the Terms of Service say in section 3.

1. What we deliver

1. We deliver a Licence key and the right to download and use the App. Nothing is posted or shipped to you.
2. There is no shipping and no delivery charge.

2. When you receive it

1. We deliver within minutes after Razorpay confirms to us that your payment has been accepted.
2. Some payment methods take longer to confirm. We deliver when Razorpay confirms the payment, not before.
3. Your contract with us starts when we send the licence email, as section 7 of the Terms of Service says.

3. How you receive it

1. We send a licence email to the address on your account. It contains your Licence key (one for each Licence you bought), a link to download the App, the steps to get started, your receipt details, and the last day you can ask for a refund.
2. Your Licence key also appears in your account on the Website. You must be signed in to buy, so each Licence is attached to the account you bought with.
3. If you give a Licence to someone, we email the person you name with an offer. The Licence is delivered when they accept it by signing in with that address. The offer lapses if it is not accepted within 30 days.
4. If you bought through AppSumo, AppSumo delivers your key. You then add it to an account on the Website.

4. Getting the App

1. For macOS, download the App from the Download page of the Website.
2. For Windows, download the App from the Microsoft Store. Where the Download page of the Website also offers a Windows installer, you can use that.
3. Downloading the App is free. Before you buy, you can try it with 25 free dictations without an account, and 75 more with a free account on that Computer.
4. You need an internet connection to download the App, to activate your Licence, and to download the speech model files that the App offers. The App asks before it downloads a model.
5. Please download the App only from the Website or the Microsoft Store. We are not responsible for copies from other places.

5. What your Computer needs

There is no Linux version. A Licence covers up to 2 Computers.

6. If you do not receive your Licence

1. Look in your spam or junk folder and search your mail for "Dictate Safe".
2. Sign in to your account on the Website. Your Licence key is shown there.
3. If you still cannot find it, write to support@dictatesafe.com or use the Contact page (billing topic). Give the receipt number or payment reference from your receipt, and the email address you used to buy. We will send the licence email again.
4. If money left your account but no Licence appears in your account, tell us. We will check the payment with Razorpay.
5. If we cannot deliver your Licence, we refund you in full under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Limits on delivery

1. We may decline an order, for example if we suspect fraud or find a pricing mistake. We then refund anything you paid, as section 7 of the Terms of Service says.
2. Razorpay or your bank may refuse or reverse a payment. We do not control that. We deliver only after a payment has been accepted.
3. We may refuse a sale, or end a Licence, where export control or sanctions law requires it, as section 18 of the Terms of Service says.

8. Taxes

The price shown on the pricing card is the price before tax. For buyers in India we add GST at the applicable rate, currently 18 percent, and show the total before you pay. For buyers elsewhere, we show any tax that applies before you pay. Business buyers in India can add a GST number and receive a tax invoice. Your receipt is part of the licence email and is also in your account.

9. Changes to this policy

We may change this policy. A change does not affect an order you have already placed in a way that makes it worse for you.
