License and account

Activating your license, moving it to a new computer, how refunds work, and what a one-time purchase with no subscription includes.

• How do I activate my license?On the Account page, press Sign in and finish in your browser, and the app activates itself when you switch back; or enter the license key from your dashboard.
• How do I move to a new computer?Sign in on the new machine. If you are already at your device limit, free up a slot from your dashboard first.
• How do refunds work?Full refunds only, within the stated window, no questions asked. Email the address you purchased with.
• Dictation without a subscriptionA license is one payment with no recurring charge, with updates and fixes to the sold features included while we offer the app. The first 25 dictations are free.
