How do refunds work?
Full refunds only, within the stated window, no questions asked. Email the address you purchased with.
If Dictate Safe is not right for you, email us within the refund window and we will process a full refund. There are no partial refunds; it is either the full amount or none.
#Requesting one
- Email us from the address you purchased with.
- We refund the whole amount you paid, including any GST, to your original payment method. It usually reaches you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
If your purchase came with a GST tax invoice, a credit note for it appears on your receipt page in Billing, for your accounts.

Limits
A refund revokes the license. If you were using it on more than one device, all of them lose access.
